2020 Winter Academy in Augusta
(U12-U14 Players)
The Academy Program is for current Premier Level Players.
This “Travel” only program will focus on Speed/Agility/Conditioning and Technical.
This will be exciting to combine soccer with speed.and agility for this Winter Academy.
The Academy will include:
- Soccer Specific Technical Training
- Juggling, dribbling, passing & receiving, aerial control, 1v1, 2v1 attacking, defending and finishing.
- First step quickness improvement technical
Players will be divided into small appropriate groups to maximize personal attention.
30 Minute – Technical Component
30 Minute – Speed & Agility
Dates: Wednesday’s; January 8, 15, 22, 29
